Description
With a rubber base, Floating Island with Clouds is printed on a desk mat.
Pink and white clouds stand behind the island, and the pale sky fills the upper part. Blue trees grow on the ledges, and it sits above water so calm that it mirrors the scene. The digital illustration keeps to soft pink, lavender, white and mint, with a serene, gentle feel.
A reading nook suits this artwork because its shapes are plain and easy to take in. Keep it near the desk where you read, so the workday starts with a quick look. Its simple forms and light tones suit daily use, with no busy pattern to compete for attention.
