Description
With three paper finishes, Floating Planet over Lava Field is printed as a poster.
Glowing ground lines cross the rough terrain, and jagged rock spires rise on both sides of the frame. Smaller planets and orbs float near the large cratered body at the center. Deep navy and steel blue build the upper area, ember orange lights the lower edge, and charcoal black gives the spires their weight. The overall feel is mysterious and otherworldly.
This piece suits an entryway, where the planet is the first thing you see on the way in. Hang it at eye level on a long hallway wall so the rising spires and glowing ground draw the eye along the corridor.
