Description
The desk mat edition of Geometric Still Life has a rubber base.
Bottle-like forms and rectangles sit on a thin baseline over a warm off-white ground. Vector illustration keeps the edges crisp, with soft shading that gives the objects slight depth. Red, yellow and black carry the palette, and the cream backdrop keeps the whole scene light and simple.
In an office, the piece sits on a desk in plain sight, and the base line gives the eye something steady during the workday. It suits anyone who spends long hours at a screen and wants a plain, uncluttered setup. The arrangement is spare, so it stays out of the way while still bringing warm cream and coral tones into view.
