Description
The desk mat edition of Gothic Mansion at Dusk has a rubber base.
The artwork pictures a Victorian-style mansion rendered in photoreal style. Pointed towers and a steep entrance staircase rise above a wet driveway. Slate grey stone and charcoal black shadows dominate, while warm amber light glows from the front door and wrought-iron gates. Deep teal-green tones add an eerie feel to the dusk.
Place it on a home office desk, where it stays in view during daily tasks. It also suits a living room table or a hallway console, since the glow stays in one small spot. The dark tones and single bright point suit anyone who spends long hours at a workplace.
