Description
The canvas print edition of Lantern Lit Market Stalls has a pine frame.
Stone buildings rise behind a row of market stalls, and the sky above them is deep navy shading into dusky blue. Warm amber light from the lanterns falls on heaped bread, fruit and produce. Strings of burnt orange bunting cross the top of the scene. The center holds the point where the lit booths meet the receding road, so the eye settles there.
A living room works well with this scene of a receding market street. Hang it along a long hallway wall or in a corridor, where the street’s perspective can lead the eye down the length of the space.
