Description
With a pine frame, Medieval Fruit Market is printed as a canvas print.
Tomatoes, lemons and melons sit heaped under fabric awnings on the stalls. Sky blue and cobblestone gray set a cool base, and dusty rose tints the far buildings. Herbs dangle from the frames. Pointed spires and timber houses rise through the haze above a crowded lane. The mood is busy and nostalgic, with warm light across the paving.
A living room works well for this market scene, where the lively produce gives a seating area a busy, welcoming feel. Hang it on a narrow wall where its tall shape fits, so the spires rise above the furniture.
