Description
Mountain Lake with Birds is made to order as a framed poster.
Pale grey-blue sky frames a central summit set slightly right of the middle. Soft watercolor-style washes build the range in slate blue, while charcoal black birds cross the upper air. Faint cursive script drifts across the background, and cream white tones lighten the whole scene. The feeling is calm and contemplative.
A bedroom fits this quiet scene of misty peaks above still water. Hang it above a sideboard or low dresser so the summit sits at about eye level. Keep the wall around it fairly clear so the pale sky and lake stand out.
