Description
With a rubber base, Paper Cut Landscape with Hills is printed on a desk mat.
The image is built from cut layers stacked over one another. A pale river curves through the lower half and leads the eye toward the middle. Hills in burnt orange, sage green and teal rise on each side, dotted with small round flowers. Soft shadows between the layers add depth, while a warm yellow sky holds cut-paper birds near the top. The mood is cheerful and quiet.
A spot in a kids room or reading nook suits this piece, since the warm shapes stay easy to glance at during a long day of writing. Keep it where the trees and birds stay in view during daily use. A nursery could hold it too.
