Description
With a pine frame, Pirate Ship Under Sail is printed as a framed poster.
Billowing cream sails rise above a ship that fills the frame from the bottom edge. Warm lantern light glows from the stern cabin windows and the crew gathered on deck. Colorful pennants and rigging add detail above, while the background stays dark and shadowy. The oil-painting look and charcoal, navy and muted red tones keep the scene moody and adventurous.
This piece works well in a bedroom, where its dark backdrop and glowing lanterns create a calm, adventurous focal point. Hang it at eye level so the crew and lit cabin windows can be seen clearly, either above the bed or on a wall opposite it.
