Description
The desk mat edition of Quilled Paper Hills and Sun has a rubber base.
The picture shows a paper-cut landscape: orange blossoms curl in the middle, green conifers stand beside them, and a pink disc sits behind the ridges. Pale yellow sky fills the top, and wavy teal bands run along the lower edge under even light.
A desk in a reading nook suits this piece, since it adds color to a spot where you sit for long stretches with a book. The bright sun and teal foreground give the eye a rest from the text, and the simple layout is easy to glance at between sentences.
