Description
With a pine frame, Quilled Paper Mountains is printed as a framed poster.
The scene shows a winding river of turquoise running from the bottom edge toward a pale sky at the top. Rolling hills on both sides are cut from folded strips in sage green, chocolate brown and yellow. Small petals and tiny birds add lively detail, and the dimensional layers give the scene a raised, sculpted look.
A living room is a good fit for this landscape. Hang it as one of a pair with a similar print, side by side above a sofa or sideboard, so the two river scenes balance each other.
