Description
Choose the desk mat version of Quilled Waves and Pine Trees, with three sizes.
Teal and green hills roll across the lower half, with wavy edges and tall pine trees standing beside them. The upper right holds several rose shapes in warm tones, and the soft yellow background gives the scene an open, sunny look. Every layer is cut from flat shapes, so the piece reads like a collage.
A studio is a sensible setting for this piece, since makers spend long hours looking at color and shape. The cut pieces give plenty of detail to study up close, and the bright palette keeps a busy workday from looking plain. Pair it with pens and sketch pads on a shared table.
