Description
Order Sailing Ship in Storm as a framed poster, with acrylic glass.
Torn, billowing sails and rigging fill the upper part of the frame, while the ship sits slightly left of center. Slate blue-gray water and a cloudy sky surround it, with deep navy and charcoal black in the waves. Warm amber glints from the stern and hull, so the cold storm looks even colder. The mood is eerie and dramatic.
An entryway fits this scene, since a ship fighting a storm on open water gives a dramatic sense of journey as you walk in. Hang it as one of a pair with a similar sea print, side by side on a narrow wall above a console table.
