Shipping Costs
Most shipping costs will be around 5 USD, but they can vary depending on the size of the product, the amount ordered, and the destination country. You will be provided with the exact shipping cost during checkout.
We are also pleased to offer free shipping on orders over $100 for customers in the United States and Germany. This discount will be applied automatically at checkout if your order qualifies.
Processing and Shipping Times
- Processing time: Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping time: Typically, shipping takes 2-5 business days. However, the shipping duration may be longer depending on your location and the proximity to the print provider's facility.
Shipping Providers
Since we use multiple print providers located in various regions, the shipping times and processes may vary. Your order will be shipped from the print provider closest to your location or the provider that best suits your order type. The time to process and deliver orders is subject to the print provider's location and capacity.
Tracking Information
Most of our print providers offer tracking numbers once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. However, please note that some print providers may use untracked carrier services.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
Packaging Compliance in Germany
In accordance with the German Packaging Act (VerpackG), all packaging for products shipped to Germany is covered under Printify's registration with the LUCID Packaging Register (DE4139628009499).
