Description
The desk mat edition of Bare Tree Under Milky Way has a rubber base.
The photoreal render shows a weathered trunk with twisted limbs, set on a stony desert floor. Midnight navy covers the sky, where the glowing band of stars runs across the dark. Warm amber brown catches the bark, and silver grey hills rise along the horizon. The overall feel is hushed and remote, with the trunk centred in portrait view.
A desk in a reading nook is a practical spot for this piece, because the lit trunk sits at the centre and draws a glance during long hours of reading. A bedroom corner works too, where the dark sky fills the upper part of the view and keeps the workspace calm.
